Des Moines Forum
Public Discourse. Major Dave Lillard with the Des Moines Police Department presents on-going police problems with nuisance bars as Commissioner Mary Hunter and the rest of the Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Commission listens. The Commission held the first forum in Des Moines on Thursday, August 28, 2008, to discuss Local Efforts to Clean-Up Nuisance Bars. Additional forums will be held on Wednesday, October 8th in Davenport and on Wednesday, November 5th in Council Bluffs.
