Distribution
Tina Norris is the Deputy Administrator of Spirits. She oversees the transport drivers, warehouse operations workers and order entry staff. She ensures the warehouse is running smoothing including making sure orders are picked and loaded correctly, setting delivery schedules and warehouse receiving. Tina is also responsible for transportation logistics for the division's trailer fleet and transport drivers. Tina was hired in 2005 as a warehouse picker and has also served as a lead worker and warehouse supervisor.
Before joining the Division, Tina was the associate chairperson and liaison for families for the Vietnam Veterans of America. Prior to that, she was the night supervisor for Logan Park Care Center in Logan, West Virginia, where she supervised a 120 bed facility working to maintain staffing levels and proper care for residence. Jodi Christensen is Products Manager for the Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division. Jodi works closely with the Deputy Administrator of Spirits to facility customer service requests, provide administrative assistance and communicate with warehouse and transportation staff.

Order Entry
Linda Hartney is a Public Service Assistant in Order Entry and has been with the Division since 1981. Linda focuses on customer service by providing information to Class E Licensees on placing orders, taking orders, answering inquiries on products and procedures and participating in most aspects of the Products Department.

Monica Lundstrom is a Purchasing Assistant in Order Entry for the Iowa Alcoholic Beverage Division. Monica started as a temporary picker in the warehouse in May of 2006. She was hired on full time in March of 2007. Monica spends most of her time doing order entry and taking customer orders, but she also assists with the monthly mailings of the pricebook, newsletter, TPR and fliers.

Micky Truman works in order entry. She provides customer service by providing information to Class E Licensees on placing orders, taking orders, answering inquiries on products and procedures. Previously, Micky was the Warehouse Manager.
Prior to her work for the Division, Micky served as the Warehouse Manager for J.A. Jones Global Services, the company that previously handled the warehouse and distribution operations.
