Jodi Christensen is Products
Manager for the Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division. Jodi works
with the Division’s Operations Supervisor, in addition
to licensed liquor brokers and suppliers, to ensure that an
adequate and diverse selection and inventory of products is
made available to Iowa consumers. Jodi provides administrative
support and oversight to a system that lists in excess of twelve
hundred items held for distribution to Iowa liquor licensees.

Linda Hartney is a Public
Service Assistant in the Products Section of the Iowa Alcoholic
Beverages Division and has been with the Division for twenty
years. Linda is responsible for the administration of the Special
Order program, procuring products not currently listed by the
Division. Linda maintains price, supplier, availability, and
product information to successfully implement this service.
Additionally, Linda works with the Warehouse Manager to ensure
cooperation and success of the Special Order program. Linda
also orders and maintains sufficient office supplies, requests
office machine maintenance, and provides support for the customer
Order Entry Section. Linda is a graduate of Kent State University

Brenda Pappas is in her first year as a Purchasing Assistant for the Iowa
Alcoholic Beverages Division. Brenda receives orders from
Iowa's class E liquor licensees and transmits the order information
to the state liquor warehouse for processing and distribution.
Furthermore, Brenda serves in a customer service role to keep
licensees abreast of changes pertaining to the liquor distribution
system and to ensure customer satisfaction of products and
delivery.
Prior to her work for the Division, Brenda worked in the
accounting field for twenty years. Currently, she is working
on completing a degree in accounting. Brenda can be reached

Warehouse Managers |

Russ Eagen has
been Supply Chain/Logistics Manager for the Iowa Alcoholic
Beverages Division since the state resumed responsibility
for all warehouse and distribution operations in June 2004.
He is in charge of all warehouse activities, routing of deliveries
and supervision of state truck drivers and warehouse employees.
Russ received his Bachelors Degree from the University of
Iowa with majors in economics, marketing, and financial economics.
He has also earned his Masters of Business Administration
from Western Illinois University. Russ has over twenty-three
years experience in logistics with Consolidated Packaging,
Maytag, and Schneider Logistics. He also has taught college
courses in business and computer software applications for

Mickey Truman was re-hired by the Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division as the
Warehouse Manager in June 2004 after the state resumed control
of the warehouse and distribution operations. Micky is responsible
for making sure orders are picked and loaded correctly, helping
set up the delivery schedules and receiving liquor deliveries
into the warehouse.
Prior to resuming her work for the Division, Micky served
in the same position for J.A. Jones Global Services, the company
that previously handled the warehouse and distribution operations.
She had previously been employed by the Division before J.A.
