Wholesale pricing is set quarterly. The Division announces pricing in three publications:

| The Iowa Quarterly Spirits Price Book is published quarterly in February, May, August and November of each year. | The ABD Promos Newsletter is produced monthly and details Division announcements, holiday schedules, broker promotions and a newly listed codes clipout section, which is formatted to be stapled into the Iowa Liquor Quarterly Spirits Price Book. | The Temporary Price Reductions (TPR) list is also published monthly. It details monthly sales sorted both by code and catagory, items returning to regular price and permanent price changes. |
Each publication can be downloaded as a PDF. The Iowa Quarterly Spirits Price Book can be downloaded in two different formats:
- Singles Pages, with the pages laid out one per sheet of paper in numerical order
- Booklet format, with two pages per sheet of paper, double sided, in page order which allows the book to be printed, folded in half and stapled.
